Script form; Caption field on Options page may not be shown for Summary Page Script types

On the Admin, Script form, the "Caption" field on the Options page may not be shown for Summary Page Script Types.

This occurs if the Script Type is first changed to "Action", and then to "Summary Page" or "Summary Page (version2)". On the Options page instead of showing "Caption", finPOWER Connect shows "Category" (as per "Action" type scripts).
