Workflow Types; New Automatic Group Outcome of "[Default]" added

A new Automatic Item Group Outcome of "[Default]" has been added.

This will be matched as soon as it is hit, therefore, adding it to the end of the Outcomes list for an Item Group allows an action to be performed even if none of the above Outcomes are met, e.g., if all of the Items in the Group have been set to "Not Applicable".
