Workflow Items; new "Process the Workflow if this was the current Workflow Item?" property

A new property can be defined on the first page of the Workflow Type Item wizard.

This allows a Workflow Item, when set to "Not Applicable" to still process the Workflow (and therefore any following automatic items).

This flag will be respected:

• Only when running from the User Interface
• Only if the Workflow Item being made "Not Applicable" is the Current Workflow Item
