Workflow Types; "Create Log" type Items can now define Delegated User and Role

When defining a Workflow Type Item, you can now specify a Delegated User and/ or Role for "Create Log" type Items.

If you opt to Delegate to the "Manager", this will set the Log's Delegated User to match the Account, Account Application or Client's Manager User.

Also, when performing an ad-hoc Action for a Workflow, you can now specify a Delegated Role for both Log and Incomming Communication type actions.
