ISSummaryTables; add support for italics in wiki text

ISSummaryTables now support italics in wiki text. This is used in functions such as ISSummaryTable.AddRowCaptionWiki().

Italic characters should be enclosed in the tag "//", eg "normal //italics// **bold**".

Note, this includes Documents, of type "Word Document", that use Summary Tables.

In addition, the italic tag of // is ignored if immedately preceded by : (a colon), e.g. http://www.intersoft.co.nz.
