Loan Accounts; new option to complete the close process for "Closed (Pending)" Accounts

There is a new option to complete the close process, i.e. Close the Account, for "Closed (Pending)" Loan Accounts during Account Processes.

Each Loan Account Type includes an option to turn this on - the default is Off (unchecked).

Account Processes has a new option under the Loan Accounts heading "Complete pending Closes?". If checked, an Account that is currently "Pending (Closed)" will be closed if:

1. It's Account Type is set to complete the process.
2. The Account has a Pending Close Review Date defined.
3. The Pending Close Review Date is on or prior to the "Process To" date entered.
