finPOWER Connect Version; changed format to match website etc

The finPOWER Connect version now displays slightly differently within the application to match documentation in places like the Intersoft website.

The Website displays the version as 3.00.06, but, for example, Help, About displays 3.0.6.12.

This change has been made in the following places:

About form (2 places) Debug form, Information page Error dialog box

Note, more detailed version information, including the revision number is displayed under assembly information.
