Client Contacts; updated Business Layer functions

Various finClient.ContactMethods functions, in the finPOWER Business Layer, have been updated. Functions starting with "GetCurrent" no longer check the Category if the ContactMethodId parameter is specified.

Previously, only Client Contacts with a blank Category were returned. However, this did not make sense if the Contact Method was specified, as the Category is actually specified on the Contact Method.
