Task Manager User Logs; when not licensed for Document Manager cannot drag Outlook items onto User Logs grid

When you are NOT licensed for the Document Manager Add-On, you cannot drag items from Outlook onto the User Logs grid on the Task Manager.

This produces the error "Failed to save User Log. User not specified.".
