Summary Pages (version 2); WikiText columns not respecting column NoBreakChars

The ISSummaryTableColumn object has a NoBreakChars property.

This is used when creating HTML to ensure the column's content does not break before the specified number of characters (breaks typically occur at spaces and dashes).

This was not implemented for WikiText columns such as the "Role" column on the Account Applications, Applicants block.
