HTML Widgets; Account Breakdown Report; Columns refined

The "Account Status" basis in the system-supplied "Account Breakdown Report" HTML Widget is now only available if the HTML Widget is configured to show more than one Account Status.

Also, the Overdue and Contractual Overdue columns now only show if "Open" Accounts are included in the report.
