Global/ User Settings; Internet Connectivity testing added

Global Settings and User Preferences can now test internet connectivity on the General, Internet page.

The Test button uses the information on the Global Settings or User Preferences to attempt to navigate to the Test URL entered.

When the test is complete a summary page is displayed with all the information including any error messages that were generated.

This information is also available on the Tools, Utilities, Debug Window, Information form, under the heading Internet Connectivity.
