Web Configurations; Reporting Folder can now be defined

The "Document Manager" page on the Web Configurations form has been renamed to "Documents".

A new "Reporting Folder" field can now be entered. This will be used with future versions of the Web Services to determine where to store reports and other files generated on the Web Server.
