External Party Employees; enhanced "Active Sales Representative" option

The "Active Sales Representative" option for External Party Employees has been enhanced as follows:

1. External Parties form, Personnel page, change so summary page shows a checkbox for the "Active Rep" detail.

2. New Account wizard now excludes Employees where they are not an Active Sales Representative.

3. Account and Account Application forms now show a warning box below the Employee if they are Inactive.

The following Standard Summary Page blocks have been updated:

"ExternalParty_EmployeeSummary" has been updated to version 1.01 on 01/06/2017.
