Client Web Mail; Time Zone issues

The Client Connect Web Portal sample lists Client Web Mail, which, within finPOWER Connect, are simply a special type of Client Log.

Behind the scenes, the Web Service used the finLogs.LoadClientWebMail which incorrectly handled its "dateAsAt" parameter.

If dateAsAt was omitted, it was defaulting to the Current Database Date when it should really have not been used when querying the database at all.
