Purge Database; purging Service Logs may fail

Purging Service Logs may fail with an error like "Failed to Purge Database. Failed to purge Service Logs. Failed to execute SQL. The record cannot be deleted or changed because table 'ISServiceLog' includes related records.".

This occurs if there are Service Logs with Parent/ Child links, but not linked to an Account, Client etc.
