Deposit Statement; not repeating transaction table header row

The Deposit Statement was not repeating the transaction table header row on the second, third etc. pages.

This is because Word does not support repeating headers for a nested table. The document has been updated to work like the Loan Statement, i.e. the Transactions table is no longer nested within another table.
