Bank Account Enquiries; may not refresh Summary Page after clicking an Action

The Bank Account Enquiry Summary Page on an Account Log, Client Log, Service Log etc. may not refresh the Summary Page after clicking an Action.

For example, clicking on the "Download Data" button may download the data, but not refresh the form.

Note, you can press F5 to refresh the form.
