Account Quotation; declining a Quote and then clicking Back can cause an error

Saving an Account in the Account Quotation wizard, then declining the Quote Account created and then clicking Back can cause the error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Index was outside the bounds of the array.".

Steps to recreate:

1. Open the Account Quotation wizard.
2. Enter details including a Client.
3. Click Next.
4. Click Save.
5. On the Quotation Saved page click the Open button to open the new Quote Account.
6. Use the Accept/Decline wizard to Decline the Account.
7. Go back to the Account Quotation wizard.
8. Click Back, and Yes to the Print Quotation message if it appears
