Workflows; New Workflow wizard; New business layer functionality to get a list of Workflow Types

The following methods have been added to finWorkflowTypes (finBL.WorkflowTypes):

• GetAccountWorkflowTypesList
• GetAccountAppWorkflowTypesList
• GetClientWorkflowTypesList

The New Workflow form has been updated to use these new functions which were added to support finPOWER Connect Cloud.
