NZ CCCFA Fixed Term Loan Contract; minor tweaks

The following minor tweaks have been made to the NZ CCCFA Fixed Term Loan Contract.

• Default Fees. Update to show "No applicable default fees" if there are none.
• Capitalise C in Creditor.
• Force Statement Cycle to be the Opening Calculation. Currently this printed the current cycle.
• Indent Client Name and Address 1cm for Window Envelopes.
