Document Manager; options to define File Types that can be previewed has been removed

Options to define Document Manager File Types that can be previewed has been removed.

This applies to Global Settings, Document Manager group, General page and also User Preference, Document Manager group, General page. In fact the User Preferences have been removed as this was the only setting under this page.

Instead, if the file preview pane is shown, all supported file types are displayed. Note, this does not include PDF and DOC/DOCX files.
