Accounting Ledgers; enhanced validation of Method

Accounting Ledgers now better validate the Method.

• If "At Maturity" the Account must be a Fixed Term Account. I.e., be a "Fixed Term Loan", "Floating Rate Loan" or Fixed Term "Deposit".
• If "Contractual Interest" the Account must support Contractual Interest. I.e., be a "Fixed Term Loan" or "Floating Rate Loan".

In addition, when creating default Accounting Ledgers for an Account:

• If the Element default is "At Maturity", but the Account is not for a Fixed Term, it will be ignored
• If the Element default is "Contractual Interest", but the Account does not support , it will be ignored

In addition, when opening an Account, errors may have occurred. For example, an unhandled exception where the Account is a Revolving Credit Loan and the Method was "Proportional Daily", or when using "At Maturity" for a Revolving Credit Loan an error including "Closing date not specified on item n".
