Account History Rating diagrams; updated Summary Page

The Account Key Details and Status Summary Pages have been updated to optionally show Account History Rating diagrams for Ratings 2 and 3.

New Constants:

• HistoryRating1Include; Boolean (default True). Indicates whether to show History Rating 1. Note, the Account must be Open, the Account Type must show History Ratings and there must be a values in History Rating 1.
• HistoryRating1Heading; String. The Heading to show above History Rating 1.
• HistoryRating2Include; Boolean (default False). Indicates whether to show History Rating 2. Note, the Account must be Open, the Account Type must show History Ratings and there must be a values in History Rating 2.
• HistoryRating2Heading; String. The Heading to show above History Rating 2.
• HistoryRating3Include; Boolean (default False). Indicates whether to show History Rating 3. Note, the Account must be Open, the Account Type must show History Ratings and there must be a values in History Rating 3.
• HistoryRating3Heading; String. The Heading to show above History Rating 3.

The following built-in scripts have been updated:

"SummaryPage2_Account_KeyDetails" updated to version 2.09 on 22/09/2016. "SummaryPage2_Account_Status" updated to version 2.08 on 22/09/2016.
