Service Logs; PurgeAction not updated after the initial record written

The "PurgeAction" on a Service Log record was not updated after the initial record written. However, in some circumstances it is beneficial to update the Purge Action after the request has been made.

For example, where the request failed the record is normally set to be purged after 30 days, or where a status check returns a non-terminal status it is normally set to purge after 90 days.
