Update Account History Rating sample script; updated to include a DaysGrace constant

The sample "Update Account History Rating" script has been updated to include a "DaysGrace" constant.

Accounts that are overdue less than or equal to the number of Grace Days report "0" as the History Rating for the month.

The default value for the Constant is 0 days. However, you may wish to update this to 15 to match Comprehensive Credit Reporting (CCR) guidelines.

The following Sample Script has been updated:

"Script_AccountProcesses_AccountHistoryRatingUpdate.xml" has been updated to version 1.04 on 15/09/2016.
