Scripts; Test button on Scripts form now displays Parameter entry for General and General (User Interface) Scripts

Previously, the Test button on the Scripts form would display a warning if the Script had parameters defined.

General and General (User Interface) Scripts now display a Parameter Entry form allowing parameters to be entered for testing purposes.
