AccountFunctions.AddLog; fails with "Log Date not specified" error

The Business Layer function AccountFunctions.AddLog fails with a "Log Date not specified" error.

This is because the underlying AccountLog.PublishOnDbDate property was incorrectly setting the LogDate as well as the Publish On date.
