Account Applications; Collateral and Applicants; Now have a User(0-9) property and populate relevant database fields

The finAccountAppApplicant and finAccountAppCollateralItem business layer objects now have an indexed User property (0-9) which, like many other finPOWER Connect objects, when set will cause the value to also be saved to the corresponding database field (User0 - User 9).

NOTE: finAccountAppApplicant did in fact already have an indexed User property however this was not used.
