HTML Viewer not refreshing after service report action performed

When a service report such as a Bank Account Enquiry was viewed via an HTML Viewer (e.g., by clicking the button in the corresponding Log Summary), the report did not refresh.

All HTML viewed as a result of an HtmlShowFunction type Application Shortcut can now be refreshed, e.g., by pressing the F5 key. All global application shortcuts (such as deleting a Bank Account Enquiry request) now issue a refresh to the HTML Viewer upon completion.
