COM Visibility; removed from ISBankInterface3, ISElectronicSignature3 and ISDocumentManager3 assemblies

The COM visibility attribute of assemblies ISBankInterface3, ISElectronicSignature3 (beta) and ISDocumentManager3 (alpha) have been removed.

This means objects in these assemblies cannot be used from within VBA and other COM based interfaces.
