Credit Reporting Add-On; Export Credit Reporting wizard added

A new Export Credit Reporting wizard has been added. The wizard is found under the Process menu.

The wizard allows you to create/ export and re-export Credit Reporting Files.

In addition, Entities now include fields for "TestMode" and "Available Batch Types"; both of which are used in this wizard.

Note, this is only available if licensed for the Credit Reporting Add-On.
