GL Export; Date/ Time of Export only recording the Date portion

The Date/ Time of General Ledger Export was only recording the Date and dropping the Time portion.

This meant when re-exporting the batch the time displayed was 00:00:00.

Note, GL Exports already created will not be corrected, only new exports.
