Account Suspend options; Caption for suspend "Other" can now be defined under Global Settings

The Account Suspend "Other" caption can now be defined under Global Settings, Accounts group, General page.

Rather than just show as "Other" this suspension option can now be customised to display something more meaningful.

The following standard Summary Page block has been updated:

"Account_Suspension" has been updated to version 1.04 on 15/08/2016.
