Address handling; improved algorithm to split Unit Number from a Street Address

The algorithm to split a Unit Number from a Street Address has been improved.

Previously a Street Address like "12B/2 Flinders Parade" may have been incorrectly handled and updated to "12B, 2 Flinders Parade".
