Account Type form; record changed when no changes have been made

The Account Type form may show a record as changed - when no changes have been made. This means when closing the Account Type form, when in edit mode, a warning saying changes have been made may appear.

The issue was associated with Account Types who send Statements, and the Statement Document is mandatory.
