Account Types; added Credit Reporting "Account Type" - to be utilised in the Credit Reporting Add-On

A new Credit Reporting "Account Type" field has been added to Account Types, General page. This is for use in the Credit Reporting Add-On, and therefore is only shown when licensed for this Add-On.

Note, the Product Type defines the Information List to use, or if not defined will use the "CreditReportAccountTypes" system list.
