Bank Transaction List; new range filter for Accounts

A new range filter for "Accounts" has been added to the Bank Transaction List.

Note, as Bank Transactions can be split over more than one Account, if a range of Accounts is entered, the "Split" column is automatically added to the Report. The "Split" column shows the value allocated to that Account as opposed to the overall "Value" of the Bank Transaction.
