Deposit Interest Payouts; new option to combine Interest Payments for the same "Main" Client

Deposit Interest Payouts can now be combined for the same "Main" Client. If a Client has multiple Deposits, with Interest Payouts on the day, these may now be combined into one Payment.

This is defined on a per Payment Method basis. Under Admin, Bank Accounts, Payment Methods page drill down to the Payment Method and on the second "Other" page there is a new option "Combine Interest Payments for the same 'Main' Client?". Note, this only applies to Outwards Payment Methods.

In Account Processes, Interest Payments will be combined for the same "Main" Client, Payment Method (if set to combine), Date and Bank Account Number.

Note, only Interest Payment made in the same Account Processes run will be combined.
