Account Withdrawal wizard; commit may fail with "Final Payment Date cannot be held prior to the Maturity date."

The Account Withdrawal wizard may fail to commit in this scenario:

1. The Account's Projected Final Payment date is prior to its Maturity Date. Normally this is because the Account's Overdue balance is negative, i.e. pre-paid.

2. Payment Arrangement is set to 2. Adjust Regular Payment to maintain current Final Payment.

In this case the Summary Page does not show details for option 2. Maintain Final Date. When committing the Withdrawal it fails with the error "Failed to commit Account Withdrawal. Cannot calculate Payment Arrangement. Cannot calculate existing schedule for Account '[AccountId]'. Final Payment Date cannot be held prior to the Maturity date.".

The Payment Arrangement now uses the later of the Projected Final Payment Date and the Maturity Date.

The following Standard Summary Page block has been updated:

"AccountWithdrawal_Summary" has been updated to version 1.02 on 14/07/2016.
