User Preferences; new option to Show/ Hide all Licence Warnings when opening database

A new option has been added to User Preferences to Show or Hide all Licence Warnings when opening a database.

The existing User Preferences, Database settings for remaining available "Open" Accounts has changed to:

• Show Licence warnings? This determines whether to show warnings related to your Licence.
• Licence Count. If the number of remaining Open Accounts is below this threshold a warning is given.

The following warnings are affected:

• Expiry Date
• Limited Functionality
• Remaining Open Accounts

Note, for backwards compatibility this is checked by default.
