Deposit Tax Certificates; now available in Australia

Deposit Tax Certificates are now available in Australia.

Note, this allows Tax Certificates to be generated and a letter printed. It does not allow a file to be created like in New Zealand. However, there is a separate Annual Investment Income Report (AIIR) that should be used.
