Quick Search Summary; Now displays Log, Email and SMS actions

The built-in Quick Search Summary now displays Log, Email and SMS actions for Accounts, Account Applications and Clients.

A new constant in the Script, ShowActions (True by default) allows these Actions to be hidden.
