Transaction List; may print Transactions that should not be included based upon the ranges entered

The Transaction List may print Transactions that should not be included based upon the ranges entered.

To recreate this issue define ranges as follows:

1. Accounts, use a Range like "A-B,S-T", don't enter the quotes and replace A, B, S and T with valid Account codes, e.g. 1000-1020,2000-2020. In other words two ranges using a dash, separated by a comma.
2. Elements, select one Element.

In the resultant Report unexpected Transactions may be included.

NOTE: This issue could apply to any query within finPOWER Connect, i.e. where a range consists of two separate dashed ranges separated by a comma.
