Workflows; Workflow Type Item; "Send Document" type items; Email Documents; Defaults HTML format checkbox from Document and defaults to Source view

The Workflow Type Item wizard now defaults the HTML format flag from the related Email type Document and also defaults to the "Source" rather than the "HTML" tab in the editor.

This allows the blank tip to be displayed which shows the Email Message defined on the Document.
