Account Applications, Collateral Items; Security Enquiry wizard now allows Collateral Item to be updated with changes

The Security Enquiry wizard, when launched from either the buttons below the Collateral Items grid on the Account Applications form or via the buttons on the Collateral Item wizard, now has a final page that shows differences and allows the Collateral Item to be automatically updated with the selected differences.
