Workflows; Workflow Types; Workflow Type Item wizard; Documents list contains incorrect records

When viewing the Document page of the Workflow Type Item wizard, switching to a different form and then switching back to the Workflow Type Item wizard, the Document dropdown contains all Documents rather than being filtered to only include Documents applicable to the current type of Workflow Type.
