Pre-Computed Flat Interest Rate Loans; fails to calculate the first time if using a Start-up Period

Pre-Computed Flat Interest Rate Loans fail to calculate the first time if a Start-up Period has been defined.

In the New Account wizard enter a new Loan using an Account Type using Precomputed Contractual Interest and a "Flat Rate basis". Then on the Financial page enter a Start-up Interest period. Click "Calculate", finPOWER Connect displays "Total Interest value specified is too large". Click "Calculate" again and the Loan is calculated correctly.
