Logs forms; Unnecessary actions removed/ simplified

The following changes have been made to Logs form to simplify the actions shown on the left-hand side of the screen:

• All "View" actions such as "View HTML" have been removed
• This functionality can still be accessed by clicking the relevant buttons on the form.
• "Republish" action removed.
• Republishing can be achieved via the Publish Documents wizard
• "Unpublish" action removed.
• A new "Reset" button has been added alongside the Publish Status dropdown to achieve this.
• Typically, you should always jsut reprint a Document. Republishing should only be performed in certain situations, e.g., the underlying Document has changed or a Client's address has been changed and therefore the Document needs regenerating to show the updated address.

The following forms have been updated:

• Account Log
• Account Application Log
• Client Log
• User Log
• Security Statement Log
• Security Statement Item Log

NOTE: Security Statement Logs do not support the concept of document publishing and so have just had the "View" actions removed.
