Permission Keys; updated Keys to match menu items
The following Permission Keys have been updated to more closely match the related Menu item.
"Tools.Utilities.LogWindow" has been updated to "Tools.Utilities.DebugWindow".
"Tools.Utilities.Eval" has been updated to "Tools.Utilities.ExpressionBuilder".
Note, the database upgrade will update existing Keys that are currently used.
